Technically skilled IAM Consultant
ICY Security is one of the leading Identity Access Management (IAM) consultancies in the Nordics.
We are looking for IAM Consultants who are ready to head up projects for our growing customer portfolio which includes, amongst others, several C20 corporations.
Demand for our services is growing fast, and our ambition is to be the strongest IAM consultancy in the market.
We are IAM experts and use our experience to implement pragmatic IAM solutions at our customers. We build processes and implement systems, all of which support our customers’ user lifecycle and access management.

What are we looking for?
As an IAM Consultant you will be solving the technical challenges occurring in IAM projects. The role is versatile, hence different backgrounds and skillsets could be relevant. So do not hesitate to apply, if you see yourself having some of the competences we are looking for – even if your experience comes from another area of the IT-world. The most important will be your understanding of IT and your passion to learn and grow together with us.
We are looking for IAM Consultants with a strong interest in technology, IT and IT security, who want to work with implementation and development of IAM systems that will help our customers manage and control users’ access to their IT systems.
If you are not already an IAM specialist, we will make sure you get the expertise on top of your existing skills.
As an IAM Consultant you will be working in a lot of different areas: workflows, forms, access management, reporting, policies, automation, data quality assurance, system integration, development, implementation and server provisioning.
You will be working with a wide range of technologies such as: IAM Products, Servers, Web Services, Databases, AD, LDAP, Scripting, C#, PowerShell, Java, ETL (SIFF/Kettle) and other middleware components.
If you are less experienced in IAM, we are keen to see you thrive to get an overview of existing IAM products and specialize in a specific product. In parallel, we want you to develop your general knowledge of and expertise within IAM.

What we expect
IAM Consultants at ICY Security are passionate about IT and typically have a technical background in Application Implementation, IT Infrastructure, IT Security or the like. We expect you to hold a relevant degree in IT or an IT-oriented subject, and preferably to also have gained experience in one or more of the technical fields mentioned above. If you have already worked as a consultant, we consider that an advantage, but not a requirement in order for you to apply for the job.
You do not necessarily know everything to begin with, but we expect you to demonstrate curiousness and a willingness to understand and follow new technologies and solutions, as well as continue to learn and develop your skills in the fast-growing IT security space.
